Strengths and Features

We support strengthening compliance and risk management related to waste disposal, and reduce our customers' workload by centralizing management. In addition, through its resource recycling and waste consulting businesses, it develops solution-based businesses for approximately 1,700 automobile dealership locations in Japan. Leveraging our extensive network of approximately 200 dismantling companies and approximately 350 industrial waste disposal companies, we contribute to the creation of a recycling-based society and a decarbonized society by developing systems that keep resources in circulation. Furthermore, we are working on the reprocessing of automobile-derived resources with the aim of creating a Car-to-Car Recycling system.

Solutions

Building a Circular Value Chain through Precious Metal Recycling

We have established a circular scheme in which platinum group metals (PGM: platinum, palladium, and rhodium) are recovered and reprocessed from used catalysts generated in the automobile dismantling process and returned to automobile production. We provide end-to-end management, from catalyst collection through networks of dismantling companies, to PGM extraction in collaboration with partner refiners and the resupply of PGM to catalyst manufacturers. We are expanding the fields in which we operate globally.

In Japan, we centralize the management of waste disposal at automobile dealerships to strengthen compliance and reduce operational burdens. We provide consulting services to ensure the proper disposal and management of various types of waste generated by dealerships.
We support compliance with various laws and regulations reducing our clients’ workload so they can concentrate on sales and maintenance activities. Additionally, we verify and adjust the costs and conditions between clients and waste-related companies.
