Notice Concerning Management Changes

Honda Trading Corporation (the “Company”) hereby announced that at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 31, 2023, has made an internal decision on changes in its Composition of Directors and Operating Officers to become effective as of the date of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company scheduled to be held in June 2023.
The Composition of Directors and Operating Officers on the date of the Ordinary　General Meeting of Shareholders will be formally decided at the Ordinary　General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors meeting.
