Notice Regarding the Transfer of Our Subsidiary’s Shares

We would like to inform you that Honda Trading Corporation has transferred all shares of Yantai Die and Mold Engineering Co., Ltd. (Yantai City, Shandong Province, China), which were wholly owned by our company, to Musashi Kanagata Kogyo, Inc. (Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan) effective as of June 3, 2025.

During this significant transformation in the automotive industry, we have evaluated our business portfolio to leverage the strengths of each company, including our consolidated subsidiaries. Considering the current dynamics of the Chinese market and future business opportunities, Yantai Die and Mold Engineering Co., Ltd. will operate under Musashi Kanagata Kogyo, Inc. which excels in mold design and manufacturing. This strategic move is expected to drive future business growth, hence the decision to proceed with this share transfer.

Yantai Die and Mold Engineering Co., Ltd. will continue to conduct business activities under the current company name “Yantai Die and Mold Engineering Co., Ltd.”
Additionally, we will continue to maintain a cooperative relationship with Yantai Die and Mold Engineering Co., Ltd. as our business partner.
