Notice Regarding Transfer of Shares in Our Subsidiary

Honda Trading Corporation announces that, effective October 30, 2025, it has transferred all shares of Molten Aluminum Producer Foshan Co., Ltd. — a wholly owned subsidiary located in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China (hereinafter “Molten Aluminum Producer Foshan”), — to FOSHAN JING LVE ALUMINUM CO., LTD. also based in Foshan, Guangdong Province (hereinafter “FOSHAN JING LVE ALUMINUM”).

After a thorough evaluation of the optimal path for Molten Aluminum Producer Foshan’s future growth, we concluded that transitioning operations to FOSHAN JING LVE ALUMINUM — a well-established manufacturer and distributor of aluminum products in Foshan — would strengthen long-term competitiveness and support continued business expansion. Based on this assessment, we proceeded with the share transfer.

This decision was prompted by shifts in the business environment within China and will not affect our molten aluminum operations outside the country.

Molten Aluminum Producer Foshan will continue its business activities under the same company name following the transfer. Honda Trading will also maintain a collaborative relationship with Molten Aluminum Producer Foshan going forward.
