Notice of Establishment of Honda Trading Brasil Ltda. São Paulo Office

Honda Trading Brasil Ltda. established a new base in São Paulo, Brazil, on August 26, 2026.

As decarbonization has progressed worldwide, there has been a rapid increase in the demand for low-carbon fuels, especially in the transportation and industrial sectors. Brazil is one of the world’s leading sources of bioenergy resources such as sugarcane and corn-derived ethanol and has a rich agricultural base, so it is attracting attention as a supply location for next-generation fuels.
In particular, São Paulo is one of the largest economic cities in South America and has a high concentration of energy and agriculture-related companies, research institutes and administrative functions.

The new office will focus on business development in carbon neutral fields such as biofuels. It will work to respond rapidly to changes in the market by building alliances with local partners, accurately grasping the market and technological trends, and co-creating new businesses.

Through activities that are rooted in the local area, we aim to build highly reliable supply chains and provide new procurement and sales services to customers. The Honda Trading Group will contribute to the realization of a decarbonized society and the creation of new value by connecting Brazil’s rich resources with our global network.
